1. Acceptance

lipber ("the Service", "we", "us") is a secure vault for storing encrypted notes, sharing temporary links, team workspaces, and paid subscriptions. By signing in with Google and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy & Personal Data (PDPA) Policy below. If you do not agree, do not sign in and do not use the Service.

2. The Service & your encryption keys

Your content is encrypted with a key protected by your Master Key. We never store your Master Key. If you forget it and have not saved an Emergency Recovery Code, your encrypted content cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. You are solely responsible for keeping your Master Key and Recovery Code safe.

3. Personal data we collect (PDPA)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand, we process the following personal data:

• Google account data: your email address, name, profile picture, and Google subject identifier (received via Google OAuth).
• Security & login data: IP address, browser/device information (user agent), and login timestamps.
• Vault data: your notes are stored in encrypted form; tags and folder names are stored to operate the Service.
• Billing data: subscription plan, transaction records, and payment references when you subscribe (card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us).
• Usage data: feature usage and quota counters needed to enforce plan limits.

4. Purpose & legal basis

We process your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service (performance of contract); (b) authenticate you and protect accounts against unauthorised access (legitimate interest / security); (c) process payments and manage subscriptions (performance of contract); (d) comply with legal obligations; and (e) send service-related notifications such as new-device sign-in alerts and renewal reminders. Where required, processing is based on the consent you give here, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers acting as our processors: Google (authentication), Stripe and Beam (payment processing), SlipOK or compatible services (bank-transfer slip verification), and our email delivery provider. These providers may process data outside Thailand; we take reasonable steps to ensure adequate safeguards for any cross-border transfer. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Share links and password-reset tokens are deleted automatically after they expire. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account, notes, history, shares, subscription records, and any team you own.

7. Your rights (PDPA)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 11.

8. Security & cookies

We use AES-256-GCM encryption for vault content, strict transport security, and a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Acceptable use, payments & liability

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store content you have no right to store. Paid plans renew for the period purchased; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from a lost Master Key.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be presented for your acceptance again. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

lipber ("บริการ", "เรา") เป็นบริการตู้นิรภัยดิจิทัลสำหรับเก็บโน้ตแบบเข้ารหัส แชร์ลิงก์ชั่วคราว พื้นที่ทำงานแบบทีม และแพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงิน เมื่อท่านเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google และใช้งานบริการ ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ รวมถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ด้านล่างนี้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าเข้าสู่ระบบและอย่าใช้งานบริการ

2. ตัวบริการและกุญแจเข้ารหัสของท่าน

เนื้อหาของท่านถูกเข้ารหัสด้วยกุญแจที่ปกป้องโดย Master Key ของท่าน เราไม่เก็บ Master Key ของท่านไว้ หากท่านลืมและไม่ได้บันทึกรหัสกู้คืนฉุกเฉิน (Recovery Code) ไว้ จะไม่มีผู้ใดถอดรหัสเนื้อหาของท่านได้ รวมถึงตัวเราเองด้วย ท่านมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการเก็บรักษา Master Key และ Recovery Code ให้ปลอดภัย

3. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บ (PDPA)

ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) เราประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังนี้:

• ข้อมูลบัญชี Google: อีเมล ชื่อ รูปโปรไฟล์ และรหัสประจำตัว Google (ได้รับผ่าน Google OAuth)
• ข้อมูลความปลอดภัยและการเข้าสู่ระบบ: หมายเลข IP ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ และเวลาที่เข้าสู่ระบบ
• ข้อมูลในตู้นิรภัย: โน้ตของท่านจัดเก็บในรูปแบบที่เข้ารหัสแล้ว ส่วนแท็กและชื่อโฟลเดอร์จัดเก็บเพื่อให้บริการทำงานได้
• ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน: แพ็กเกจ ประวัติธุรกรรม และเลขอ้างอิงการชำระเงิน (ข้อมูลบัตรอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน เราไม่ได้จัดเก็บเอง)
• ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: การใช้ฟีเจอร์และตัวนับโควตาเพื่อบังคับใช้ขีดจำกัดของแพ็กเกจ

4. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อ: (ก) ให้บริการและดูแลรักษาบริการ (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา); (ข) ยืนยันตัวตนและปกป้องบัญชีจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย/ความปลอดภัย); (ค) ดำเนินการชำระเงินและจัดการแพ็กเกจ (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา); (ง) ปฏิบัติตามภาระผูกพันทางกฎหมาย; และ (จ) ส่งการแจ้งเตือนที่เกี่ยวกับบริการ เช่น แจ้งเตือนการเข้าสู่ระบบจากอุปกรณ์ใหม่และเตือนต่ออายุ ในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด การประมวลผลตั้งอยู่บนความยินยอมที่ท่านให้ไว้ ณ ที่นี้ ซึ่งท่านสามารถถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ

5. การเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอก

เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นกับผู้ให้บริการที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา ได้แก่ Google (การยืนยันตัวตน), Stripe และ Beam (การชำระเงิน), SlipOK หรือบริการที่เทียบเท่า (การตรวจสอบสลิปโอนเงิน) และผู้ให้บริการส่งอีเมล ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เราดำเนินมาตรการตามสมควรเพื่อให้มีการคุ้มครองที่เพียงพอสำหรับการโอนข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดน เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลของท่านตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ ลิงก์แชร์และโทเค็นรีเซ็ตรหัสจะถูกลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อหมดอายุ ท่านสามารถลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี ซึ่งจะลบบัญชี โน้ต ประวัติ ลิงก์แชร์ บันทึกการชำระเงิน และทีมที่ท่านเป็นเจ้าของอย่างถาวร

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล (PDPA)

ภายใต้กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ ท่านมีสิทธิเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอจำกัด หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน สิทธิในการขอรับ/โอนย้ายข้อมูล และสิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม ท่านยังมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) หากต้องการใช้สิทธิเหล่านี้ กรุณาติดต่อเราตามข้อ 11

8. ความปลอดภัยและคุกกี้

เราใช้การเข้ารหัส AES-256-GCM สำหรับเนื้อหาในตู้นิรภัย ใช้การส่งข้อมูลแบบปลอดภัย และใช้คุกกี้เซสชันเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ท่านเข้าสู่ระบบอยู่ได้ เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือคุกกี้ติดตามของบุคคลภายนอก ทั้งนี้ไม่มีวิธีการส่งหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลใดปลอดภัย 100% เราจึงไม่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยอย่างสมบูรณ์ได้

9. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้ การชำระเงิน และความรับผิด

ท่านตกลงจะไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือจัดเก็บเนื้อหาที่ท่านไม่มีสิทธิจัดเก็บ แพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินจะต่ออายุตามระยะเวลาที่ซื้อ ค่าบริการไม่สามารถขอคืนได้เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด บริการให้ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาตสูงสุด เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญหรือสืบเนื่อง หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลอันเกิดจากการลืม Master Key

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแสดงให้ท่านยอมรับอีกครั้ง เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย

11. ติดต่อ (ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล)
